Job summary

PT. Nobel Riggindo Samudra is seeking a reliable Personal Driver/Assistant to safely transport the employer and family for school, appointments, and travel.

You will support daily routines, run personal errands, and keep belongings organized. Requirements include SMA or D3, 2+ years in a similar role, valid SIM A, defensive driving and safe driving skills, and comfort with both conventional and electric vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA or D3 from any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Driver, Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Passionate about working with children and able to build a positive relationship with them.
• Possess a valid SIM A and have excellent defensive driving and safe driving skills.
• Comfortable driving both conventional and electric vehicles.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including outside regular working hours, when required.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Willing to work in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, and preferably reside in or be willing to relocate closer to the area.
• Organized, proactive, trustworthy, and able to multitask.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English will be an advantage.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the employer and/or family to school, appointments, or other designated locations while adhering to traffic regulations.
• Plan and accompany daily routines and activities as required.
• Support the employer with personal errands, scheduling, and other day-to-day requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the child's belongings, study area, and personal items.
• Be available to work beyond regular working hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
• Accompany the employer and/or family on domestic and international travel when needed.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Perform other duties assigned by the employer to support both personal and household needs.
