Job summary

A leading energy services company in Jakarta is seeking a skilled legal professional to manage contracts and provide legal advice across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, 3+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, as well as Mandarin, is essential. This role involves guiding junior legal specialists and managing legal risks effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have passed the Legal Profession Qualification Exam and hold a valid legal practice license.
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and in-house.
• Experience in team management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate various types of contracts and legal documents.
• Provide timely legal advice to multiple business units.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and provide compliant recommendations.
• Monitor updates in Indonesian laws and conduct internal compliance training.
• Assist in handling litigation and other dispute cases.
• Identify legal risks in daily operations and recommend preventive measures.
• Guide and supervise junior legal specialists.
