Job summary

MOP Beauty is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to translate the brand’s creative vision into impactful visuals across digital, print, and experiential platforms. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and broader Creative Team to produce cohesive designs that reflect the brand’s voice and elevate product storytelling.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for beauty and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; motion/video editing is a plus.
• Strong visual composition, typography, color, and layout sense.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns and product launches.
• Translate briefs into cohesive graphic executions across digital, print, and packaging.
• Create compelling visuals including key visuals, assets, and motion design adaptations.
• Ensure consistency of MOP Beauty’s visual identity across channels.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to meet timelines.
• Research emerging design trends and cultural aesthetics relevant to beauty.
• Maintain organized project files, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Provide design support during campaigns, shoots, or content production.
