Job summary

Blue Bird Group in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Treasurer to lead the treasury function, ensuring timely results and robust cash forecasting. You will manage local bank relationships, facilities, and liquidity for multi-entity operations.

The role requires strong English communication, hands-on leadership, and experience with SAP or similar ERP Treasury tools, plus a track record in cash management for a retail or multi-entity group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Treasury/Cash Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of bank products.
• Preferably from retail company.
• Experience with ERP system (SAP or similar) and preferably treasury / cash management tools, strong excel skills.
• Preferably having experience in Loan & Covenant management.
• Proven experience in cash flow planning and liquidity management for multi-entity / group company.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken (for bank communication, reporting, and documentation).
• High integrity, proactive and good communication skills.
