Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking an Operations Support Specialist (Fluent in English) to support a US-based client. You will manage documentation and reservation data for Air, Land, Hotel, and Car bookings, ensuring records are accurate and processed promptly.

The role requires onsite work at BSD City, Tangerang, and a permanent night shift to align with US operations, with weekend and public holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in the travel industry.
• Hands-on experience with GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and numerical skills.
• Willing to work onsite at BSD City, Tangerang.
• Willing to work permanent night shift to support US-based operations.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate documentation and data records for Air, Land, Hotel, and Car reservations.
• Review reservation data and documentation to ensure information meets required standards.
• Identify discrepancies or inaccuracies and make corrections in a timely manner.
• Ensure all operational records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Manage and respond to operational inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and analyze information to identify potential issues or discrepancies in reservation records.
• Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate channel when required.
• Support day-to-day back-office operations to ensure accurate processing of travel-related requests.
