PT Smailing Tours & Travel Service is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team in Central Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing bespoke travel experiences. Responsibilities

• Assisting client's travel preferences & creating a tailored itinerary
• Organizing end to end service from ticket, accommodation bookings and tour arrangements
• Skilled at up selling & cross selling, especially deals with important people
• Proactively anticipate issues and offer solutions
• Built long-term trust with clients, maintain relationship
• Represent the company professionally in all communications & interactions
• Detail oriented & ensures all quotation/offers are accurate, seamless and optimized for client's convenience.

Requirements
