About the role

Are you an experienced Transport Haulage Supervisor looking to join a leading logistics company? PT. CJ Logistics Indonesia, a full‑time role is available for a Transport Haulage Supervisor in North Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe transportation of goods, ensuring deliveries are executed on time and to the highest standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supervise and control process delivery shipment Export, Import, and Domestic
• Coordinate the daily scheduling and assignment of transport vehicles and drivers to meet delivery requirements
• Monitor driver performance and take corrective actions as needed to maintain high service levels
• Monitor cost operational trucking
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations, safety procedures and company policies
• Update all delivery process and coordinate with Planner team and Operations Export, Import
• Ensure receipt of all Surat Jalan, Original receipt payment are properly completed
• Investigate and resolve any transport‑related incidents or complaints in a timely manner
• Provide regular performance reporting and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support the training and development of the transport team
• Daily Trucking report

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role
• Sound knowledge of warehousing, distribution and transportation operations
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to interact effectively
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Proficient in using transport management and fleet monitoring systems
