A leading technology firm in Indonesia is hiring an Assistant Manufacturing Director who can communicate fluently in Mandarin. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, majoring in science and engineering (will be an advantage).
• Have good communication skills.
• Have self-motivation, fighting spirit, and problem-solving abilities.
• Have experience as assistant manufacturing director (mandarin speaker) for at least 2 years.
• Proficient in Ms. Office.
• Having a Mandarin language certificate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for translation work from Indonesian to Chinese and vice versa.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist in preparation of factory production and operation planning.
• Put forward suggestions on system construction.
• Assist the factory director in inspecting and scheduling implementation of production plans.
• Organize inspection and supervision of resolutions from meetings.
• Assist in formulating training plans and guiding implementation.
• Coordinate business relationships between business units and grasp main activities.
• Record and remind the director's agenda.

Job Description

• Translation work: Responsible for the translation work from Indonesian to Chinese and vice versa. (Documents, verbal, ect..)
• Communicate and coordinate with other Department
• Assistant job, participate in the preparation of factory production and operation planning, business plans and major decisions.
• Put forward suggestions on system construction.
• Assist the factory director to inspect and schedule the implementation of the production plan.
• Organize inspection and supervision of the implementation of the resolution of the meeting and the work tasks assigned by the factory director.
• Assist the factory director in formulating training plans and guiding the implementation.
• Assist the factory director to coordinate the business relationship between the business units stationed in the factory and grasp the main business activities.
• Record and remind the director's agenda (meetings, gatherings, etc.)
