Job description

1. Responsible for translating and arranging company documents, contracts, emails, reports, etc. into Mandarin, Indonesian, and English.

2. Assist senior management with on-site translation work such as conference interpretation, client visits, and factory tours.

3. Accompany superiors and sales staff on business trips, providing business and cultural communication support for the Chinese and Indonesian teams.

4. Assist the sales team with product training, material translation, and meeting minutes.

5. Provide language support for external company promotional materials, local content, and video subtitles.

6. Act as a communication bridge between the head office and the Indonesian team, ensuring efficient and accurate information delivery.
