Translation Assistant Manager (Mandarin) for Collection

Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievements of collection target in line with company KPIs
• Analyze team performance and provide recommendations for improvement strategies
• Coordinate with the collection team to enhance the efficiency of the collection process
• Process and analyze collection‑related data to provide insights for management
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for collection strategy evaluation
• Collaborate with relevant teams in managing collextion data and reporting
• Manage the Assistant Manager's schedule and administrative needs
• Translate documents and conversation in Mandarin - Indonesian - English
• Prepare meeting minutes and ensure follow‑up actions on key decisions
• Act as a liaison between the Assistant Manager and internal/external teams

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) at least HSK level 4‑5
• Bachelor's degree from University
• Experience of working in Chinese company or in China is a plus
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
