ScionHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for our Inpatient/Acute Rehab Unit in Lewiston, Idaho. The role requires an OT degree, current licensure, NBCOT certification, and BLS within policy timelines. Experience is preferred and a $15k sign-on bonus is offered.

The OT will assess, plan, and administer therapy, supervise staff, and coordinate discharge planning to support patient recovery and functional independence.

Qualifications

• Degree from an Occupational Therapy Program is required.
• Current OT license as required by the state of practice and NBCOT certification.
• BLS certification required within facility policy timeframe.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and administer occupational therapy modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Interact professionally with patients and families, respecting their needs and beliefs.
• Supervise OT assistants and therapy staff as assigned.
• Assess and adapt prosthetic/orthotic devices and plan care.
• Plan discharge from therapy services and provide equipment guidance.
