Training Support & Operational Admin Executive
About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Training Support & Operational Admin Executive to join our team at Savoria Group. This full‑time position is based in Jakarta and will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth delivery of our training programmes and overall operational activities.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide administrative support for the planning and coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, participant management, and materials preparation
  • Assist with the set-up and facilitation of training sessions, ensuring a seamless learning experience for participants
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, including attendance, feedback, and progress tracking
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as trainers and clients, to address any operational or logistical concerns
  • Support the implementation of quality assurance measures and continuous improvement initiatives for our training programmes
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of training‑related resources, templates, and processes
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the overall operations and assist the Head of department
  • Design merchandising items, creative media and social media
What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar training support or administrative role, preferably within the consumer products industry

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with older generations

Good in multi taskings, agressive to work hard with lots of work's pressure and challenges

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint also Canva and Design Graphic tools

Ability to manage learning management systems (LMS), online training, compress recording, photography & videography

A proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset with a minimal guidance to do a productive task, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and dateline oriented

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business administration, accounting or HR is preferred

Ability to master English in speaking and reading is a must

Willing to self‑driving with SIM A and do lots of business trips including on duty over the weekends are part of the job's requirement
