Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Indonesia is seeking a candidate fluent in Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia to assist in creating bilingual training materials and support employee onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva, while also having a basic understanding of human resource management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing bilingual (Chinese–Indonesian) training materials and courseware.
• Organize and follow up on training arrangements, providing on-site translation when needed.
• Record training feedback and organize training data.
• Maintain employee training records and track learning progress.
• Assist in conducting new employee onboarding training.

Skills

Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken)

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

Excellent communication skills

Experience in training, education, or administration

Ability to use Canva

Basic knowledge of human resource management

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken), capable of translating training materials and performing live interpretation
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Candidates with experience in training, education, or administration are preferred
• Ability to use tools such as Canva to create training materials
• Basic knowledge of human resource management
