Job summary

Anda akan bekerja mengikuti sistem HR perusahaan dan kebutuhan bisnis, mengembangkan rencana pelatihan tahunan, serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan karyawan.

Posisi ini mencakup supervisi operasional sistem pelatihan, penyusunan regulasi pelatihan, dan pelaporan kemajuan kepada atasan.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage training and employee development plans according to HR system and business needs.
• Supervise, execute, and report the operation of the training system for the business department.
• Assist in annual training needs assessment, and formulate and follow up on annual training plan and budget.
