Our client is a multinational consulting company. They are currently looking for a Training Manager (Training for Trainer).

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the overall training project scope, timeline, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and support trainers, instructional designers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Monitor project performance and ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and client standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and post-project analysis for continuous improvement.
• Manage risks and issues proactively to maintain project stability and achieve defined objectives.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related.
• Business English proficiency.
• Has 6 years of experience as Project Manager or similar, handling Distribution Management System training projects for corporates (experienced in learning management and training operations).
• Non job hopper (stay in one company for 3+ years).
• Detail oriented, meticulous, adaptive, flexible, good communication and good leadership skill.
