A leading training and development company is seeking a Trainer / Facilitator in Surabaya to deliver effective training sessions on store operations and customer service. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in smartphone retail training, strong presentation skills, and the ability to develop training materials. This role involves evaluating training effectiveness and providing coaching to enhance team performance.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Management, Psychology, Education, or related field).
At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer / Facilitator / Instructor in smartphone retail is preferred.
Strong skills in presentation, communication, and public speaking.
Ability to develop training materials and utilize presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to work both independently and in a team.
Good knowledge of store operational SOPs and selling skills.
Willing to be mobile/visit stores as required.
Deliver training sessions on store operations, customer service, and selling skills to frontliner staff.
Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and ensure training materials are implemented effectively in the field.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide coaching to improve team performance.
