We're looking for a dedicated Client Consultant/Administrative Officer and Trainee Operations Executive to support our Australian health practice from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Inquiry Management: Answer client calls, emails, and direct inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and support.
  • Shift Coordination: Assist in staff rostering and manage workforce scheduling to ensure client needs are met seamlessly.
  • Social Media Engagement: Support the social media team by assisting with content creation and responding to client messages.
  • Compliance & Document Management: Learn and support compliance tasks, helping to ensure policies and procedures meet regulatory standards.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive client relationships, providing empathetic support, especially for clients with specific health needs.
  • General Administration: Conduct backend administrative tasks, including recruitment support, scheduling, and record management.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written skills for client interactions.
  • Background in Call Center, Administration, or Reception: Preferred but not essential.
