Iykra is seeking a highly seasoned Traffic Engineering & Mobility SME for a project-based engagement in Jakarta. You will bridge toll-road traffic dynamics with advanced data analytics and guide the development of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and mobility-based segmentation models.

With 10+ years in Traffic Engineering, ITS, or toll-road operations and a Civil/Transportation Engineering degree, you will lead segmentation and deliver executive-ready insights while collaborating with data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Traffic Engineering, ITS, Traffic Data Analytics, or Toll-Road Operations.
• Deep understanding of OD matrix analysis, traffic flow modeling, and mobility behavioral patterns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate traffic behaviors into actionable data models.
• Proven track record in executive reporting and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide domain expertise in traffic engineering, toll-road operations, and mobility patterns to guide the CDP blueprint.
• Formulate deterministic and probabilistic matching logic using vehicle plate numbers, e-Toll card data, and origin-destination travel patterns.
• Lead the behavioral segmentation strategy for toll-road users (Daily Commuters, Peak/Holiday Travelers, Occasional Users, Infrequent Travelers).
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to align data architecture with real-world traffic management dynamics.
• Deliver high-level strategic insights, executive summaries, and recommendations for executive stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly seasoned Traffic Engineering & Mobility Subject Matter Expert (SME) - (Project Based) for our Client.

In this role, you will act as the core domain expert bridging toll-road traffic dynamics with advanced data analytics. You will guide the development of a Customer Data Platform (CDP), customer identity resolution logic, and mobility-based behavioral segmentation models.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise in traffic engineering, toll-road operations, and mobility patterns to guide the Customer 360 schema and CDP blueprint.
• Formulate deterministic and probabilistic matching logic (fuzzy matching) combining vehicle plate numbers, e-Toll card data, and origin-destination (OD) travel patterns.
• Lead the behavioral segmentation strategy for toll-road users (e.g., Daily Commuters, Peak/Holiday Travelers, Occasional Users, Infrequent Travelers).
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to align data architecture with real-world traffic management dynamics.
• Deliver high-level strategic insights, executive summaries, and recommendations for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering / Transportation Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of professional experience (Mandatory) in Traffic Engineering, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Traffic Data Analytics, or Toll-Road Operations.
• Deep understanding of origin-destination (OD) matrix analysis, traffic flow modeling, and mobility behavioral patterns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex traffic behaviors into actionable data models.
• Proven track record in executive reporting and cross-functional leadership.
