Job summary

The Indonesia Stock Exchange is seeking a motivated Trading System Operations Officer for an outsource position. As part of the team, you will manage and monitor the Bond Trading and Reporting system along with executing system updates and operational controls.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, a minimum GPA of 3.00, and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in Indonesian and English are also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in system operations, IT operations, trading systems, or related areas.
• Minimum GPA at least 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Support operational activities related to management and monitoring of the Bond Trading and Reporting system.
• Execute parameter updates and perform system testing.
• Ensure data accuracy and support system enhancement initiatives.

Skills

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Trading System Operations Officer (Outsource position). In this role, you will support operational activities related to the management, monitoring, and evaluation of the Bond Trading and Reporting system and also Equity trading system. You will also be responsible for executing parameter updates, performing system testing and operational controls, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting initiatives related to system enhancement and operational excellence to maintain effective, orderly, and efficient trading operations.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in system operations, IT operations, trading systems, or related areas.
