Quiet Capital is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist in Jakarta to manage end-to-end partner onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio reconciliation across fiat and stablecoins. You will coordinate with Compliance, Traders, and corporate functions to ensure onboarding meets regulatory and internal standards.

The role requires 1–3+ years in fintech operations or middle-office, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in operations, onboarding, or middle-office roles within fintech or financial services.
• Exceptional attention to detail with highly organized onboarding and compliance document management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to liaise between clients and cross-functional teams (Compliance, Traders).
• Proactive team player in a fast-paced trading environment, willing to support the trading desk.
• Prior experience at a cryptocurrency exchange, OTC trading desk, or Web3 industry.
• Solid familiarity with KYC, KYB, and KYT regulatory frameworks and screening protocols.
• Proficiency in Excel for daily financial and P&L reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding workflows for Exchanges, PSPs, and LPs, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Support traders by monitoring deal lifecycle and obtaining required documentation from clients.
• Coordinate with Compliance for updated documents and with the Corporate Secretary for UBO profiles.
• Track progress and report weekly operational highlights, milestones, and bottlenecks to the OTC Trading team.
• Assist traders with compliance preparations and conduct periodic account reviews.
• Collaborate with divisions to resolve KYT and transaction monitoring issues.
• Follow up with clients to secure outstanding RFIs and required documentation.
• Elevate onboarding blockers to the trading team for swift resolution.
• Perform financial reconciliation of revenue, P&L, and inventory across fiat and stablecoins.
• Conduct regular performance analytics to evaluate exchange execution.

About the Role

As our newTrading Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the OTC Trading team by managing end-to-end partner onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio reconciliation. This role sits at the intersection of trading operations, client success, and compliance. You will act as the operational linchpin—ensuring smooth onboarding workflows for Exchanges, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and Liquidity Providers (LPs), while maintaining accurate reconciliations across both fiat and stablecoin positions.

What You Will Do

• Drive the end-to-end onboarding workflows for new business opportunities, Exchanges, PSPs, and LPs, ensuring all processes adhere to operational standards.
• Support traders in monitoring the deal lifecycle and proactively follow up with prospective clients to retrieve necessary documentation.
• Act as the internal cross-functional liaison—coordinating with Compliance for updated ACRA documents and the Corporate Secretary for UBO profiles.
• Track progress and report weekly operational highlights, milestones, and bottlenecks to the OTC Trading team.
• Assist traders with compliance preparations and execute periodic account reviews.
• Partner with relevant divisions to resolve issues concerning Know Your Transaction (KYT) protocols and transaction monitoring.
• Follow up with existing clients to secure outstanding documentation for Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Promptly elevate any client pushback or onboarding blockers to the trading team for swift resolution.
• Perform financial reconciliation of revenue, P&L, and inventory balances across both fiat and stablecoin positions.
• Conduct regular performance analytics to evaluate and track exchange execution performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to act as an effective liaison between external clients and internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Traders).

• Prior experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange, OTC trading desk, or in the broader Web3 industry.
