Implementation of in-store activations, sampling programs, and promotional campaigns across modern trade, and specialty retailers.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize channel strategies and maximize promotional ROI.
Management of trade marketing budgets and coordination with external agencies, suppliers, and merchandising teams to ensure flawless execution.
Tracking and reporting of trade marketing performance, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with major international retail chains and other key partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing within FMCG, preferably in chocolate or confectionery categories.
Proven expertise in both modern trade operations within the Indonesian retail landscape.
Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Solid operational understanding of how retail FMCG works.
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
