Job summary

A leading beauty company in Indonesia is looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to support the sales team by planning and executing trade marketing strategies. Responsibilities include developing and executing in-store activations, planning new product launches, and managing relationships with external vendors. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This position is located in Bogor.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute trade marketing strategy to support the sales team
  • Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive sales
  • Plan and execute activities to support new product launch and increase brand visibility
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for in-store marketing and merchandising
  • Manage & build relationships with external vendors, community, public institutions, etc
  • Working closely and coordinate with Area Sales Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Min. 1 year experience as Marketing / Brand Activation / Event Organizer / any related fields
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skill
  • Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals
  • Can join immediately would be a plus
  • Willing to be located in Bogor.
