Trade Marketing Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative, results-driven, and professional trade marketing executive to join our family. This role is best suited for an energetic and aspiring person who wants to be part of a global organization. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will provide value-added service to our customers and promote sales while cementing business‑partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans and strategies that align with overall brand objectives and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and e‑commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotion across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, activations, and merchandising initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  • Oversee POSM management: identify requirements, design and manage promotional items, coordinate with branch PICs, and ensure timely delivery and implementation.
  • Work closely with e‑commerce platforms to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Support new product launches by developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Organize and manage events by planning and coordinating grand demos, expos, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin speaking preferred.
  • Proven experience as an e‑commerce enabler, with a strong understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
  • Proficiency in e‑commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovative marketing solutions.
  • Experience working with major e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising best practices.
  • Familiarity with consumer goods and FMCG market dynamics.
