The successful candidate will bridge business objectives with technology solutions by analyzing business requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions within the banking or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new business opportunities.
• Gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements.
• Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions; recommend improvements to achieve business goals.
• Model business processes to drive continuous process improvement.
• Support business transitions and assist in establishing change management processes.
• Prepare end-to-end business models and business proposals.
• Collaborate with business partners, QAs, developers, and customers to deliver new products, features, and enhancements.
• Develop a deep understanding of company products and translate business needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Positive, self-starter attitude with strong motivation and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience preparing business decks or proposals.
• Familiarity with trade/supply chain financing is preferred.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies for requirement elicitation.
