The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, deep understanding of compensation frameworks (including variable pay and ESOP), and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver fair, motivating, and scalable reward systems.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the operational process for ESOP, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.

    • Review and validate data inputs impacting incentive and commission calculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Benefits & Employee Perks

    • Design and review employee benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible benefits, and wellness initiatives.

    • Continuously assess benefit offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Budget & Financial Governance

    • Partner with Finance to manage compensation and benefits budgets, ensuring efficient cost allocation and control.

    • Provide regular analysis and insights on compensation spending, market competitiveness, and ROI.

  • Compliance & Governance
