Job summary

PT Matahari Tire Indonesia in Kendal, Central Java, invites applications for Production Operator to join our tire manufacturing facility. You will operate advanced machinery, monitor product quality, and follow safety and environmental guidelines across shifts.

Candidates with a high school diploma or vocational qualification, a clean police clearance (SKCK), good physical and mental health, and willingness to rotate shifts are encouraged to apply. Local Kendal residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA) or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Background Check: Must have a clean legal record, verified by an official Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
• Health Status: Physically and mentally fit to handle industrial duties.
• Work Schedule: Fully willing and flexible to work in rotating shifts.
• Experience: Prior working experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting is a distinct advantage.
• Location: Preference for local Kendal residency.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced manufacturing machinery to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor product quality continuously and report irregularities immediately.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support a seamless workflow across shifts.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve operational bottlenecks.
