Overview

The Operation Manager will be responsible for tracking cost metrics across the delivery business and implementing operational excellence initiatives to improve service level agreements (SLAs) and reduce costs. This role requires working closely with the operations team to drive changes and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive operations excellence initiatives, focusing on improving delivery performance, eliminating bottlenecks, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of volume, manpower, linehaul forecasting, campaign preparation, and backlog management to support both operational and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with operations and data teams to create real-time dashboards to monitor 1PL performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as SLA compliance and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new systems or tools meet operational requirements and support logistics capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
