About the team We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads.
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop a deep understanding of the semi-managed business model, merchant characteristics, and product strengths to create corresponding monthly/quarterly/annual marketing campaign plans.
- Serve as the liaison with the platform's integrated marketing team to accurately grasp the cadence, resources, and strategies of platform-level mega campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, Ramadan) and routine activities, tailoring customized implementation plans for the business.
- Product Operations & Assortment Planning: Lead periodic product assortment planning for the semi-managed business, collaborating with category operations to identify products with potential best-seller qualities, high competitiveness, and alignment with marketing themes.
- Establish and maintain a "semi-managed marketing product selection pool," develop differentiated promotion and product selection strategies based on campaign objectives (e.g., GMV, profit), and oversee the negotiation and finalization of selected products for campaigns to ensure supply.
- Campaign Cadence & Execution Management: Formulate and strictly manage the overall cadence of all marketing activities within the semi-managed business, including key phases such as pre-sale, peak sale, and post-sale periods.
- Draft marketing campaign proposals, clearly defining campaign objectives, target audience, engagement mechanics, resource requirements, and performance forecasts.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze core marketing campaign metrics (e.g., GMV, UV, conversion rate, average order value), conducting post-campaign reviews to summarize successes and shortcomings.
- Internal & External Collaboration & Communication: Act as the primary interface between the semi-managed business and the platform's integrated marketing team, facilitating efficient information flow and securing optimal resource placements and traffic support.
Internally, work closely with merchant operations and category operations within the semi-managed business to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, internet, or related fields; prior experience in major promotion campaign operations or data analysis.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of product operations, data analysis, and advertising delivery, along with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (such as Excel and SQL), with basic data processing and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently collaborate with internal and external resources to drive project implementation.
- Strong learning agility and resilience under pressure, with willingness to travel as needed.
- High-level fluency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, cross functions, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the internal workings, marketing tools, and traffic allocation logic of our e-commerce platform.
- Deep category knowledge in specific industries (e.g., FMCG, Apparel, Consumer Electronics).
