Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking a senior Threat Intelligence lead to drive the TI program. You will own threat intelligence activities, coordinate across stakeholders, and implement and optimize the Threat Intelligence Platform for proactive security operations.

The role requires 8+ years in IT security with hands-on TI, TH, malware analysis, and OSINT from diverse sources. Knowledge of the financial sector is highly valued and you will craft intelligence-driven detections and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in IT cyber security with threat intel focus.
• Strong technical hands-on in TI, TH (Threat Hunting), malware analysis, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsibilities

• Security integration & use case development.
• Documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure TI platform is implemented and configured.
• Validate and integrate TI feeds for operations.
• Develop intelligence-driven security use cases and detection rules.

Job description

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Cyber Security, with relevant experience in Threat Intelligence.
• Strong technical experience in: Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Malware Analysis, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, IOC validation and enrichment
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as: Sandbox, IOC validation/enrichment tools, Surface, Deep Web, and Dark Web monitoring tools, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, or other security monitoring platforms
• Experience managing the Threat Intelligence Lifecycle end-to-end, including data collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, and evaluation.
• Able to collect and analyze intelligence from multiple sources, including surface web, deep web, dark web, OSINT, commercial feeds, government/industry sources, and internal sources.
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and strategic communication skills, including the ability to present security intelligence to management.
• Good understanding of the financial/banking sector, particularly in areas such as fraud intelligence and brand protection.
• Experience in Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) implementation or integration is highly preferred.
