PT. Navitasys Technology Indonesia is seeking a Testing Technician to support the battery manufacturing line.

You will perform jig change-overs according to each battery type, set up BTE Tester software, and monitor the Functional Testing area to quickly address miss-judgments. You will replace damaged components (pogo pins), ensure ESD boxes function, conduct manual tests with multimeter, install grounding cables, and uphold safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum SMK/Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• English speaking ability is a must.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Testing Technician in electronics or battery manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles and hands-on use of measuring tools (multimeter).
• Familiar with ESD procedures and workplace safety practices (K3).
• Experience troubleshooting testing jigs/fixtures, with pogo pins a plus.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule and respond quickly to production issues.
• Detail-oriented and able to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Perform jig change-overs according to each battery type's configuration and set up BTE Tester software.
• Monitor the Functional Testing (FT) area on the production line and address miss-judge occurrences.
• Identify and replace damaged components on FT jigs (e.g., pogo pins) to maintain testing equipment reliability.
• Ensure the ESD Box at each line functions properly at all times.
• Conduct manual testing using a multimeter or other tools on batteries flagged with Miss Judge Parameter.
• Install and inspect grounding cables at workstations and grounding chains per safety standards.
• Analyze root causes when FPY falls below 99.5% and propose corrective actions.
• Handle other unexpected technical issues that arise on the production line.

Identify and replace damaged components on FT jigs (e.g., pogo pins) to maintain testing equipment reliability

Ensure the ESD Box at each line functions properly at all times

Conduct manual testing (using a multimeter or other measuring tools) on batteries flagged with a Miss Judge Parameter

Install and inspect grounding cables at workstations and grounding chains in accordance with safety standards

Analyze root causes when FT First Pass Yield (FPY) falls below the 99.5% target and propose corrective actions

Handle other unexpected technical issues that arise on the production line

Qualifications

Minimum SMK/Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field

Able to speak english is a must

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Testing Technician in electronics or battery manufacturing — candidates with direct experience in Functional Testing processes preferred

Solid understanding of basic electrical principles and hands-on experience operating a multimeter and other measuring tools

Familiar with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and workplace safety (K3) practices in a production environment

Experienced in troubleshooting testing jigs/fixtures (experience with pogo pins is a plus)

Willing to work on a shift schedule and respond quickly to on-the-spot production issues

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally
