Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bank's technology infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations of core banking systems and platforms
• Oversee technology projects related to product development and digital transformation initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize technology resources and infrastructure to support business growth
• Ensure technology systems and services meet high standards of security, reliability and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in technology management role within banking sector
• Strong knowledge of banking core systems, platforms and technologies
• Proven track record of managing technology operations and infrastructure of an enterprise
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
