Job summary

HiColleagues di Jakarta Pusat sedang mencari profesional QA dengan pengalaman 7+ tahun untuk memimpin tim pengujian dan strategi QA. Peran ini fokus pada perancangan rencana uji, pengujian integrasi sistem, serta koordinasi UAT dan penilaian keamanan terhadap API.

Kandidat diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di lingkungan Agile/Scrum, kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, serta pemahaman domain perbankan/layanan keuangan. Peran ini melibatkan kolaborasi dengan tim AWS Development dan klien eksternal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software testing and QA, with at least 3 years in Test Manager/Lead.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with test planning, strategy, and multiple test phases (SIT, UAT, penetration, performance).
• Strong API testing knowledge and tools (Postman, JMeter, OWASP ZAP) and CI/CD integration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with banking/financial services domain and regulatory testing is a plus.
• Experience in IT consulting, system integrator, or tech vendor with external clients.
• Experience in project management across complex implementations and multi-workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain overall test strategy, master test plan, and detailed schedules.
• Oversee System Integration Testing to validate end-to-end API workflows.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with customer stakeholders.
• Manage security/penetration testing engagements and remediation.
• Plan and oversee performance/load testing to meet SLA under load.
• Establish defect triage, track resolutions, and provide quality metrics.
• Collaborate with AWS Development Team, project manager, QA lead and testers.
• Define entry/exit criteria for test phases and sign-off go/no-go decisions.
• Provide regular test progress reports and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Lead QA activities across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Drive client-owned activities to ensure on-time delivery.

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in test planning, strategy development, and managing multiple concurrent test phases (SIT, UAT, penetration testing, performance testing).
• Strong understanding of API testing methodologies, tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter, OWASP ZAP or equivalent), and CI/CD integration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to interface with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with banking/financial services domain and regulatory compliance testing is a plus.
• Experience working in an IT consulting, system integrator, or technology vendor environment with external clients.
• Experience taking a project management role or responsibilities in complex implementation projects, including coordinating teams, managing timelines and priorities, and driving project delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, prioritizing competing timelines and resources.
• Ability to advise clients and business stakeholders on solution options, explain technical and business trade-offs, and gain their buy-in for recommended solutions.

• Define and maintain the overall test strategy, master test plan, and detailed test schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Oversee System Integration Testing to validate end-to-end API workflows and integration points between modernized services.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with customer stakeholders, ensuring test scenarios cover business-critical use cases and acceptance criteria are met.
• Coordinate and manage security/penetration testing engagements, track remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Plan and oversee performance/load testing to ensure APIs meet SLA requirements under expected and peak traffic conditions.
• Establish defect triage processes, track defect resolution, and provide quality metrics and status reporting to project leadership.
• Work closely with the AWS Development Team, Customer's Project Manager, QA Lead, and Testers to align testing activities with development sprints and release timelines.
• Define entry/exit criteria for each test phase, conduct test readiness reviews, and sign-off on go/no-go decisions.
• Provide regular test progress reports, risk assessments, and quality dashboards to project stakeholders.
• Lead QA/testing activities within complex system implementation projects, working across multiple teams, systems, and project dependencies.
• Drive client-owned activities and dependencies to ensure they are completed on time and do not impact project delivery.
