Job description

We are announcing a new permanent position in Jakarta for a Test Analyst. This role will support testing and environment coordination across our suite of core Enterprise Applications. As a Test Analyst, responsibilities include executing manual and automated testing, such as API/integration testing, module and functional testing, and validation of data quality, accuracy, and security. The Test Analyst will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and environment leads to maintain test and development environments, draft test scripts and use cases, document and report test results, and present outcomes to both business and technical teams.

This position is suited for an individual with extensive hands‑on testing experience, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to continuous improvement. You will collaborate with a small core test team and leverage resources from other business units to ensure that test coverage meets business requirements. Furthermore, you will assist in the development of bug resolutions and system enhancements and participate in project teams rolling out new enterprise applications such as Workday and Datapay. In addition, you will be involved in refining existing platforms like Oracle Fusion, testing new releases for their business value and integration effects, and facilitating the business's optimal use of its enterprise applications—including reporting tools.

About you

You are an experienced Test Analyst with 3‑5 years in testing and environment coordination for enterprise applications. Your expertise in quality assurance and system stability, along with proficiency in testing tools and automation techniques, makes you a strong candidate. You excel in documentation and presenting testing results to both business and technical teams. Your skill in supporting bug fixes and system improvements ensures seamless releases and robust environments.

As a key contributor, you'll join project teams deploying new enterprise applications and support ongoing development. You'll test new releases to evaluate their value and feasibility for the business. Comfortable with tight deadlines, you'll work independently or in teams and present results confidently. Your passion for improvement and collaboration will enhance the testing environment. You should have:

  • Proficiency in API, integration, module, functional, data quality, and security testing of enterprise applications.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Playwright and Azure DevOps (ADO) and familiarity with automation techniques.
  • Skills in drafting test scripts, documenting results, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Participation in release planning, sprint review meetings and ensuring test activities comply with organizational standards, compliance and audit requirements.

Ability to support bug fixes and system improvements, ensuring timely issue resolution for system reliability.
