Major Tasks & Responsibilities
- Ensures both individual and squad outcomes/sales targets are achieved; drives team performance even when individual goals have already been achieved.
- Plan, organize and implement sales plan together with other squad members ensure to defined KPIs are achieved.
- Develop relevant knowledge, data and expertise that are relevant for and of value to customers.
- Understand customers’ needs/approaches to ensure a differentiated approach and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Gather market / competitive data and anticipate customers trends and capture them using Bayer’s systems.
- Support implementation of product stewardship and management of customer product complaints.
- Provide appreciative feedback to each other to help each other grow and develop, and to help the team to learn and thrive.
Skills & Requirement
- Education: University degree preferably in Agriculture (Agronomy or Plant Protection).
- Experiences in sales/marketing with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Crop Protection industry.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Result-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently, without manager supervision.
- Proactively take accountability and have complete ownership of results.
- Moderate skills in English as advantage.
