Job description

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender documents, customer specifications, and technical requirements to determine project scope and compliance.
• Coordinate with the Sales team & engineering team to understand customer needs and provide accurate technical and commercial input for proposals.
• Prepare detailed cost calculations, Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and comprehensive tender proposals, including technical documents and Terms & Conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Ensure all proposals are technically compliant, competitive, and submitted within the required deadlines.
• Support the Sales team in tender clarifications, presentations, and negotiations with customers.
• Maintain clear communication with the Project Engineer Supervisor to align tender strategies and pricing approvals.
• Track and manage all tender activities and documentation until the final award of the tender.
• Conduct post-tender reviews to identify improvements and maintain a database of cost benchmarks and supplier references.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering, technical & commercial proposal preparation, or estimation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with pricing or estimation tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, project specifications, and tender procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel occasionally for site visits, meetings, or supplier coordination.
