• Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential tenants to secure leasing agreements.
• Finalize lease deals and ensure alignment with company targets and guidelines.
• Contribute to achieving leasing budgets and occupancy targets.
• Monitor and oversee the tenant fit-out process to ensure compliance and timely execution.
• Report leasing progress regularly to the superior and relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as the liaison between the landlord and tenants, addressing issues and facilitating solutions.
• Follow the superior's direction to solve any problems between the landlord and tenants.
