Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales agents to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Develop the team's capabilities through continuous coaching, training, and constructive feedback to enhance sales techniques and performance.
Define clear performance goals and key metrics, regularly reviewing team and individual results to track progress.
Conduct structured performance evaluations and implement improvement plans to address performance gaps and foster professional growth.
Analyze sales data and call trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism by ensuring team adherence to sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment that drives motivation and results.
Partner with marketing, operations, and other departments to streamline sales processes and improve the overall customer journey.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of five years of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing, with a proven track record in a team leadership capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A proactive, results-driven leader with a positive "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for service excellence.
