Job summary

IOH Group Consumer Technology & Digital Innovation seeks a hands-on engineer to support distribution systems in the telco ecosystem, bridging business requirements with system implementation. You will configure DMS, test integrations with ERP and BSS, and troubleshoot data flow issues under guidance of senior engineers.

Required are 1–3 years in systems integration or application support, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and hands-on skills with API testing (Postman), SQL, and Unix/Linux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics.
• 1–3 years of experience in systems integration, application support, or supply chain/distribution tech; fresh graduates with hands-on skills accepted.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and integration of Distribution Management Systems (DMS) with ERP and BSS layers.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot API integrations between DMS, ERP, and telco BSS using Postman.
• Validate data flow, run data validation queries, inspect logs, and document distribution scenarios.
