Job summary

PT Java Abadi Gemilang sends field technicians to customer sites to repair PCs, notebooks, and printers, and to analyze software and hardware damage. The role requires visiting multiple customer locations within assigned areas and reporting findings daily to a supervisor.

Candidates should have a background in computer technology with at least one year of notebook/printer repair experience and hold a Class C license with a motorcycle. Residency in East Java is preferred.

• Minimum education: SMK Computer or D3 IT
• At least 1 year experience as notebook/printer technician
• Resident in Banyuwangi, Situbondo, Bondowoso, Sumenep, Pamekasan, Pacitan and surrounding areas
• Proficient in hardware and software
• Active Class C driving license and own motorcycle
