Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a Senior Technology Governance professional to oversee IT governance and change management processes in our Jakarta operations. You will ensure changes are evaluated, approved, and executed in line with policies, while evaluating risks and regulatory compliance to safeguard continuity.

You will design documentation, generate dashboards, and coordinate governance activities with IT and business stakeholders, escalating issues when needed and

Qualifications

• S1 Information Technology degree required; S2 preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Telecommunication, Computer and Technology.
• CITSM and ITIL certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design basic documentation, templates, and checklists to support IT governance and change processes.
• Develop reports and dashboards on change requests, approvals, and compliance metrics.
• Manage assigned change records, ensuring accurate data entry and process adherence.
• Monitor change activities and governance compliance, escalating issues to senior staff.
• Implement approved governance and change management tasks as guided by senior specialists.

Job Purpose

To manage and oversee the implementation of IT governance and change management processes, ensuring all changes are properly evaluated, approved, and executed in accordance with established policies and controls. This role evaluates risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates governance activities across IT and business stakeholders. The Senior Technology Governance professional drives consistency, improves governance practices, and safeguards business continuity through effective oversight of IT change and control processes.

Academy Qualifications

S1 (Strata 1) degree in Information Technology is minimum requirements.S2 (Strata 2) degree in Information Technology is preferred

Minimum 3-5 Years experience in Telecommunication, Computer and Technology, Digital & High Technology roles

Certified In Information Technology Service Management (CITSM) is strongly preferredInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications
