Job Description: IBMC stands as a prominent Business Management Consulting Company in Indonesia, dedicated to propelling business achievements. With a strong presence in the Indonesian market, we offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of both local and international businesses.


Currently we are helping our client, a company based in Bali, looking for a Technical Support Engineer and will be managed directly under IBMC.


Responsibilities


  • Remote work; working hours according to Pacific Standard Time (PST)/Time zone in Los Angeles, CA, USA (GMT‑8)

  • Response to technical inquiries, issues, and requests

  • Resolve technical problems and questions related to our products and services

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions

  • Deepen your knowledge of our products and services to better serve consumers

  • Give our internal team of engineers ongoing input to help develop our products based on the customer's demand


Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/technical customer support

  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Service, Web Development, Programming Logic, and Computer Networks

  • Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written

  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, and in a timely manner

  • Programming skills are preferred
