Job summary

PT Tunas Teknik IDN in Jakarta is seeking a skilled Technician to maintain and troubleshoot UPS, CRAC, BMS, and other critical data center infrastructure. The role requires independent work and the ability to document incidents clearly.

You'll handle emergency calls 24/7 when on standby, plan contractor activities, supervise third‑party technicians, prepare monthly FM reports, and support improvements to data center power, cooling, and monitoring systems.

Technician for Branch In Jakarta (PT Tunas Teknik IDN)

The role requires availability for emergency call‑outs 24/7 when on standby and the ability to work independently to ensure customer satisfaction. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am–1:00pm. Technical training is provided during orientation.

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS systems, CRAC systems, BMS (building management system), and other critical infrastructure.
• Respond to emergency calls and equipment breakdowns 24/7 when on standby.
• Attend and document any incidents within the data center, preparing incident reports as needed.
• Plan and manage contractors for data center infrastructure services such as power distribution, cooling, fire protection/alarm, and building monitoring systems.
• Supervise and manage third‑party contractors during preventive and breakdown maintenance if required.
• Coordinate with contractors for data center power‑shutdown activities.
• Recommend improvements and enhancements related to data center infrastructure facilities.
• Prepare monthly facilities management (FM) reports and chair monthly FM meetings.
• Perform troubleshooting and follow up with contractors on repair works and corrective actions.
• Carry out parts‑replacement jobs for the equipment listed above when needed.
