Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking personnel with SMK-level technical education to support heavy equipment service operations. The role emphasizes guidance to junior technicians, adherence to manuals, and rigorous documentation to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities include safety-focused execution of mechanical processes, waste reduction, and timely customer-focused service delivery. The candidate will follow corporate standards and maintain equipment readiness across maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• SMK diploma in electrical/mechanical/technical fields.
• GPA not applicable per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for lower level as part of development.
• Complete, verify, and submit service documents following manuals and procedures to ensure accurate records and proper service processing.
• Perform contamination control and safety activities for technical job processes to ensure safe, clean, and compliant service execution.
• Identify waste and participate in continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Execute mechanical service processes (DA, RI, PM, Recondition, Technical Analysis 1) to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable service quality.
• Ensure implementation of corporate standard procedures and best practices to maintain consistent service execution and operational compliance.
• Provide technical explanations to customers under guidance to clarify issues and solutions.
• Ensure service activity in quick respond, meet target completion and customer requirements to maintain satisfactory quality.
• Process parts requests and returns for technical job processes and ensure parts are in good condition when handed to customers.
• Ensure tools and equipment utilization in accordance with manuals and procedures, and keep them in good condition.
