Kawan Lama Group Pontianak is currently hiring a full‑time Service Technician for Parit Tokaya, Kalimantan Barat. The role involves operating and maintaining production machinery while ensuring customer equipment runs optimally.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and perform maintenance tasks according to the scheduled plan.
• Provide after‑sales service, from installation to ongoing maintenance, ensuring customer equipment operates at optimum performance.
• Follow company SOP and technical instructions for quality control and safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers, service coordinators, supervisors, and managers to resolve issues and complaints.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, loyalty, and communication skills.
• Travel to customer sites and be mobile at all times.
• Drive two‑wheel and four‑wheel vehicles as required.
