Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama invites applications from skilled technicians with SMK background in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, Mechanical, or Technical majors. The role focuses on guiding junior staff, completing and verifying service documents, and ensuring compliant service execution.

You will conduct contamination control and safety activities, identify waste for continuous improvement, perform mechanical job processes, and support customers with clear explanations and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold SMK in Electrical/ Heavy Equipment/ Mechanical/ Technical major.
• GPA is not applicable.

Responsibilities

• Guide lower level staff as part of development.
• Complete, verify, and submit service administration and technical documents in accordance with standard manuals and procedures to ensure accurate records and proper service processing.
• Perform contamination control and safety activities for technical or technology job processes to ensure safe, clean, and compliant service execution.
• Identify waste and participate in continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Execute mechanical job processes (DA, RI, PM, Recondition, and Technical Analysis 1) in accordance with standard manuals and procedures to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable service quality.
• Define services requirement (revenue, warranty or guarantee) related customer request to meet with customer needs and request.
