Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Customer Support Specialist evaluates and filters inbound leads, ensuring that only serious and qualified investors and property buyers are passed to the sales team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Screening & Assessment: analyze incoming leads from various channels (website, social media, email, referrals, ads) to determine their potential.
  • Initial Contact & Engagement: conduct preliminary calls, emails, or messages to assess lead intent, financial capacity, and investment interest.
  • Qualification Process: use predefined frameworks (BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline or other qualification models) to categorize leads into Hot, Warm, and Cold segments.
  • CRM & Data Management: maintain and update lead data in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of lead status.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: communicate qualified leads to the sales team with detailed notes on their needs, objections, and readiness to invest.
  • Lead Nurturing: follow up with Warm and Cold leads through scheduled touchpoints, keeping them engaged until they are ready to move forward.
  • Market Insights: provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and trends to refine targeting strategies.
