A leading tech service provider in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to manage repairs and train staff at their OPPO Service Center. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, and 1–3 years of experience, and be proficient in technical troubleshooting as well as component replacement. Familiarity with various operating systems and strong communication skills are essential for interacting with HQ teams in China.

Technical Support Coordinator (OPPO SERVICE CENTER)

Minimum bachelor degree and at least 1–3 years of experience.

Proficient in replacing components such as LCDs, batteries, and charging ports.

Experienced technicians are also capable of handling more complex repairs such as soldering, board swapping, and fixing dead devices or those damaged by water.

Knowledgeable in various operating systems (Android, iOS) and capable of performing flashing, updates, downgrades, and resolving software-related issues such as bootloop.

Able to analyze technical issues, identify the root cause, determine the appropriate solution, and carry out systematic troubleshooting.

Skilled in using technical equipment such as soldering tools, multimeters, power supplies, and other repair instruments.

Proficient in English (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage).

Able to communicate effectively with HQ teams in China.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Job Description :

Provide basic training to Service Center staff on new product materials and other related training topics.

Inspect defective parts (NG parts) and perform glass screen repairs when necessary.

Monitor and maintain repair tools (maintenance tools) to ensure they are in good condition.

Conduct tool stock opname, record tool in/out transactions in the system accurately.

Monitor progress of technical exams, learning activities, and certification data of technicians.
