Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as Technical Service Engineer required.
• Proper training in aviation regulations is necessary.
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance manual is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with Maintenance Manager and related departments.
• Control maintenance records and ensure tools are available.
• Plan maintenance tasks according to customer orders.

Skills

Fluent in English Oral and written

Ability to interpret technical documents

Familiar with Indonesia CASR

Proficient in operating Microsoft Office

Job description

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates activities with Maintenance Manager, SQA Manager, all Head of related department
• To control the filing of maintenance records.
• To make available to the work force all tools and equipment specified in the manufacturer’s documentation.
• To set up and update a planning for aircraft component maintenance and to participate to the production meeting.
• To set up and up date for maintenance task or job order refer to current maintenance manual or customer order.
• To control packing, preservation and marking processes.
• To identify special production processes, set up instructions in form of engineering order and have it applied.
• Planning the maintenance tasks as defined by the customer/operator work order.
• To set up task/job task related to maintenance and issued by the manufacturers (CMM, SB) and the Authority (Airworthiness Directives).
• The specifying and planning of additional work, required by the maintenance system.
• The controlling of SB’s, AD’s, the daily planning and monitoring of the progress individual maintenance.
• To hold and control the documents related to maintenance and issued by the manufacturers (CMM, SB) and the Authority (Airworthiness Directives).

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degrees in Engineering
• Properly training: aviation and regulation.
• Fluent in English Oral and written
• Have understanding in aircraft maintenance manual and maintenance documents
• Has more than 3 years’ experience as Technical Service Engineer
• Able to interpret and evaluate technical document such as Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, etc.
• Trained in helicopter vibration analysis and flight data monitoring would be an advantage
• Familiarity with Leonardo product would be an advantage.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft office
• Familiar with Indonesia CASR
