A leading diagnostics company is seeking a Technical Sales professional in Food Safety Diagnostics, focusing on the aquaculture industry in Indonesia. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record in building relationships. The sales professional will manage key accounts, drive business development, and utilize a deep personal network. The position involves extensive travel within Jawa Timur and Lampung, along with significant independent sales strategy development.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and annual sales targets for diagnostic products.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Independently manage the entire commercial pipeline, from initial lead generation and prospecting high-value clients to final contract negotiation and deal closure.
Client Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring continued high-volume business and client satisfaction.
Strategic Network Leverage: Actively utilize a deep, established personal network to initiate and influence high-level commercial decisions within the sector.
Value Chain Mastery: Establish and cultivate high-impact commercial partnerships with key players across the entire vertical (hatchery, farm, and processor/factory) in shrimp, crab, or fish.
Regional Dominance: Drive targeted business development activities to secure market share in critical regions, particularly Jawa Timur and Lampung.
Demand Discovery: Proactively identify and map current, unmet, and newly uprising market demands for diagnostic solutions, converting these insights into immediate sales opportunities.
Strategic Input: Serve as a critical field resource, translating market intelligence into actionable recommendations that directly shape the national sales strategy.
Product Advocacy: Confidently present the commercial and economic benefits of our diagnostic solutions (ELISA, PCR, Rapid Tests) to technical and business stakeholders.
