Job summary

PT Graha Cyber Indonesia (GCI) is seeking a Technical Project Manager for IT/cyber security projects in Jakarta. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, act as the primary client-facing contact, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful UAT, acceptance and handover, with a focus on client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering/management and 3+ years in security/IT project delivery, with strong English and Indonesian language skills for

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security/IT project delivery or customer success.
• Excellent client communication and requirement-shaping ability.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia for client meetings and delivery.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of at least 2 security/IT projects (incl. UAT, acceptance, and handover).

Responsibilities

PT Graha Cyber Indonesia (GCI) is a cybersecurity company delivering Security Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, Red Team Exercises, Compliance Services, Security Consulting, and Managed Security Services (MSSP).

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (IT/ CYBER SECURITY), responsible for leading end-to-end IT/cybersecurity project delivery, serving as the primary client-facing point of contact, managing project scope, schedule, resources, and risks, and coordinating technical teams to ensure successful UAT, acceptance, handover, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or a management-related field
• 3+ years in security / IT project delivery or customer success
• Excellent client communication and requirement-shaping ability, with experience in client-facing service delivery and satisfaction management
• Strong language and communication skills, comfortable operating in a multilingual environment
• Has fully owned the end-to-end delivery of at least 2 security / IT projects (including UAT, acceptance, and handover), able to describe scope, timeline, and personal role
• English as a working language (cross-team communication and technical documentation); Bahasa Indonesia for client meetings, project coordination, and delivery documentation

Preferred

• PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP
• Project delivery experience with cybersecurity solutions (SOC, SIEM, EDR, etc.)
